Compensation

Signing Bonus
We are looking for the Michael Jordan's of the diamond/bridal business. If you are one of the rare Diamond/Bridal Specialist we are looking for, you would receive up to $10,000 signing bonus.

Distance is no problem. Our generous relocation package will make your move a pleasant experience.
Paid Time Off
As a Genesis Diamonds full-time associate, you will earn:
- 2 weeks paid vacation per year after 1 year of service.
- 1 week paid sick days
- 6 paid holidays per year
