Coyote and Cathy WWTN Click to read the Coyote and Cathy Bio
Coyote McCloud is the name of a popular radio disc jockey in Nashville, Tennessee. For over 30 years, he has been a drive-time personality at several Nashville radio stations. He first became well-known in the early 1970s on WMAK-AM, then a market-dominant rock and roll station, as host of its 7 p.m.-midnight program.
McCloud was one of the most controversial deejays of the late 1980s when he was the lead man on "The Zoo Crew" on Nashville's Y107 (WYHY). While enormously popular amongst his target demographic, his outlandish on-air personality drew the ire of many within the community as being a "bad influence" on teenagers (though his antics would likely seem tame in today's radio climate). He was one of the subjects of a CBS 48 Hours documentary in
1992 about "shock radio", McCloud enjoyed his highest level of popularity while working for Y107. He worked at the station for over 10 years, from 1984 to 1995.
In 1984, McCloud, also a sometime songwriter, wrote a song entitled "Where's the Beef?" as a promotion for Wendy's restaurants' famous advertising campaign featuring Clara Peller. McCloud also worked at Kicks 104 (WWKX) in the early 1980s, Power Country 103 (WZPC) in the mid-1990s, and Oldies 96.3 (WMAK) in the early 2000s. Along with Cathy Martindale, he now hosts Coyote & Cathy In The Morning on 97.1 WRQQ. Cathy Martindale has teamed up with Coyote McCloud for 2 years on WRQQ and they were together previously on WMAK. For 11 years, she has served as co-host for the internationally syndicated Racing County USA weekly show. The station is owned by South Central Communications based in Evansville, Ind. Cathy previously worked in TV for TNN. When she is not on-air, Cathy enjoys gardening. Close Bio Listen Now

Click to read the Mike Keith Bio
Franklin-native Mike Keith, the 2006 Tennessee Sportscaster of the Year, begins his eighth year as the "Voice of the Titans" in 2006.
The NFL's second-youngest play-by-play announcer was actually the first ever associated with Tennessee's NFL team. In 1996, while the team was in Houston, Keith hosted a pre-game show for Tennessee stations who carried the Oilers games. The Franklin-native served as the network's scoreboard host in
1997 before moving into the booth as color analyst in 1998 and then assuming the play-by-play duties in 1999.
On May 26, 1998, Keith joined the Titans full-time as Director of Broadcasting. He came to the Titans after becoming one of Tennessee's most honored sportscasters while working in Knoxville for WIVK/WNOX Radio and the Vol Radio Network. From 1989-98, the AP State broadcasters five times named Keith's play-by-play work and his daily sports talk show as the best in Tennessee. Among his other awards, Keith won a 1997 RTNDA Edward R. Murrow Award for nationwide excellence in sports reporting. In 1999, Keith joined former University of Tennessee quarterback Pat Ryan and Titans Radio executive producer Larry Stone as the Titans' broadcast team that called Tennessee's Super Bowl run. That run included the now-famous "Miracle Play," a special teams touchdown that give the Titans a wild card playoff round win over Buffalo. Keith and Ryan's description of the play has been featured on numerous national programs. Keith is a 1986 graduate of Franklin's Battle Ground Academy and a 1991 graduate of the University of Tennessee. He is married to Michelle Johnson Keith and has two children, Abby and Matthew.
