This website (Genesisdiamonds.net) only sells "complete" engagement rings online. A "complete" engagement ring combines a loose center diamond set in one of our designer mountings.
Do you have a gemologist on staff?Yes. We have five GIA-graduate gemologists on staff. These individuals play an integral role with customer service. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call and speak with one of our highly trained staff members at any time.

Do you care or clean for jewelry sold from your site?Yes. All jewelry purchased from Genesis Diamonds is eligible for free cleaning whenever you feel it is necessary. Can you engrave my ring?Yes, we’d be happy to engrave your ring with any inscription you’d like for free. Please be aware of the space limitations on a ring when choosing your inscription.
I have my own diamond but I’d like to purchase one of your settings. Can you set my diamond into one of your rings?Yes. Free of charge! All of our rings are available for purchase, regardless of whether or not you purchase a center diamond from us. However, many rings cannot be manufactured unless we have the diamond in our possession.
What if I order the incorrect ring size?That’s not a problem. We offer free ring sizing for 60 days after your purchase. Even better, we’ll overnight the newly-resized ring back to you for free!
I’d like to place an international order. Do I pay customs fees to Genesis Diamonds or the courier?When you place an international order, we will ship it to you for free. Are any of your diamonds laser treated, clarity enhanced, color enhanced, or modified in any way?Genesis Diamonds only sells diamonds that are 100% natural and untreated. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) will not issue grading reports on diamonds that have been treated or enhanced, so purchasing our diamonds —which are all GIA- is a double guarantee that your diamond is natural. Are the gemstones used in your jewelry natural or synthetic?Every gemstone used in our jewelry was mined from the earth. We do not sell synthetic or lab created gemstones.
How can I make sure the diamonds I receive are actually the diamonds I ordered?We ship every loose diamond and diamond engagement ring with an independent GIA report. This report can be examined by a qualified gemologist and compared against the unique characteristics of your diamond.
