Each diamond shape requires a minimum amount of prongs to hold the diamond. However, more prongs can always be added and this can change the look of a diamond. The simplest way to give your ring a makeover is by changing the color of the metal. If the ring is yellow gold, you can have it coated to be white gold and if it’s white gold you can have it easily turned to yellow. Without doing or spending a lot your ring will look completely different.
